The in between layer is nylon net with a bottom crystal ruffle. The inner layer is nylon organza with a bottom ruffle of crystal. Thus, the petticoat's appearance is one of all crystal. There is leader-line inserted in the same colored binding of each bottom ruffle to ensure fullness.
