1. There is a period of 14 days from from the date you receive your merchandise to return or exchange your order. Returnable items are subject to review
2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise.
3. Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
4. Undergarments (i.e., pettipants, petticoats, wedding slips, sports bras, etc.) are exchangeable only and NOT REFUNDABLE
5. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) MUST accompany ALL returns. An RA# can be obtained by calling Carrie B's Customer Service, toll-free (US Only) and 1-866-216-0220. Outside US call 1-503-254-1164.
   
   Merchandise returned for refund without an RA# WILL NOT be refunded. EXCHANGE merchandise DOES NOT require an RA#. Customer will be charged $9.95 additional shipping (via USPS) for the return of merchandise submitted without an RA#. Unclaimed merchandise will be held for 30 days, then returned to inventory.
   
   Returned merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached. Used/worn merchandise will not be refunded.
6. Refunds are given on purchased items only. Original shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
7. Additional shipping ($9.95) is required for exchange shipping. Please include with your exchange RA#.
8. Coast, Glide and Celebrity Shoes, and Fun N' Fancy clothing are exchangeable, but NOT REFUNDABLE. See shoe return policy below.
9. Liturgical dancewear and accessories are SPECIAL ORDER items and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We offer a one-time only size exchange.

If shoes do not fit, please call us at 1-866-216-0220 (US Only) or 1-503-254-1164 (outside US) or email us at: customer_orders@carriebs.com to arrange for a re-order/exchange. Return the shoes to us, unused, within 14 days and we will re-order and ship your corrected size replacement shoes. The only additional cost will be our standard shipping rate ($9.95).

NOTE: Shoe sizes under 6 & over 10 (Women's sizes) or under 8 & over 12 (Men's sizes) and special widths (i.e., Narrow or Wide) are considered to be Custom Orders. Custom Order shoes may be exchangeable but are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping with management approval. Cancellations will be accepted up to three (3) days from order placement with us. After three (3) days, there will be a charge equal to 15% of the merchandise total to cancel your order.
