- There is a period of 14 days from from the
date you receive your merchandise to return or exchange your order. Returnable items are
subject to review
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after
from the date you receive your merchandise.
- Sale items are not refundable or
- Undergarments (i.e., pettipants,
petticoats, wedding slips, sports bras, etc.) are exchangeable only and NOT
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) MUST
accompany ALL returns. An RA# can be obtained by calling Carrie B's
Customer Service, toll-free (US Only) and 1-866-216-0220. Outside US
Merchandise returned for refund without an RA# WILL NOT be refunded.
EXCHANGE merchandise DOES NOT require an RA#. Customer will
be charged $9.95 additional shipping (via USPS) for the return of merchandise
submitted without an RA#. Unclaimed merchandise will be held for 30
days, then returned to inventory.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached.
Used/worn merchandise will not be refunded.
- Refunds are given on purchased items only.
Original shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Additional shipping ($9.95) is required
for exchange shipping. Please include with your exchange RA#.

N' Fancy clothing are exchangeable, but NOT REFUNDABLE. See shoe

- Liturgical dancewear and accessories are
SPECIAL ORDER items and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping with
management approval. Cancellations will be accepted up to three (3) days
from order placement with us. After three (3) days, there will be a
charge equal to 15% of the merchandise total to cancel your order.
